Thanks Kim for your review. However we did not appreciate the way you yelled out to us in the foyer that we never had the heater on for you nor did the other guest that were checking in. As you can appreciate we can not have air conditioners running all afternoon when we are not sure when guests will be arriving. We have no problem with our guests booking with ******* as we have a great relationship with them, it just means we need more details from you when you arrive. Next time maybe you could call ahead and we would be more than happy to have the heater running for you.
